The bot analyzes market conditions using technical indicators — momentum, trend strength, volatility — to classify the market and decide whether to trade or wait. When multiple signals align, it enters with an automatic stop-loss and profit target. It monitors positions continuously and exits when targets are hit or conditions change. You maintain full control and can start, stop, or remove bots at any time.
Your funds never leave your brokerage account (Alpaca or Coinbase). Tradestin only has trade execution access through your API keys — we cannot withdraw, transfer, or access your funds. You can revoke API access from your broker at any time.

Tradestin provides automated trading software that connects to your brokerage accounts (Alpaca for stocks/options, Coinbase Advanced Trade for crypto) via API keys to execute trades based on algorithmic strategies. Tradestin is a software tool — not a broker, financial advisor, or investment manager.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade securities and/or cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction. You must have a valid Alpaca brokerage account (for stocks/options) and/or Coinbase Advanced Trade account (for crypto).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account and all trades executed by bots you create.
Tradestin connects to Alpaca Markets (stocks/options) and Coinbase Advanced Trade (crypto) through API keys you provide. We do not store your brokerage password. API keys grant trade execution access only — we cannot withdraw or transfer your funds. You can revoke API access at any time through your broker’s settings.
After your 14-day free trial, the Service costs $99/month. Payment is processed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tradestin and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your trading activity, or your violation of these Terms.
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for trades missed during downtime.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by canceling your subscription and ceasing use of the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, conducted in Minnesota.

Account Information: Email address and encrypted password when you create an account.
API Keys: Alpaca and/or Coinbase API keys, stored encrypted, used solely to execute trades on your behalf.
Payment Information: Processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number.
Usage Data: Bot configurations, trade history, and performance metrics generated by the Service.
We use your information to: operate and maintain the Service, execute trades through your brokerage accounts (Alpaca and/or Coinbase), send trade alerts and account notifications, process payments, and improve the Service.
We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for data in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive data (API keys), and secure authentication. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
We share data with: Alpaca Markets (stock/options trade execution), Coinbase (crypto trade execution), Stripe (payment processing), and Resend (email notifications). We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
We retain your account data and trade history for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we may retain anonymized data for analytics. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
You have the right to: access your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, and export your trade history. Contact us at support@tradestin.com to exercise these rights.
We use a JWT token stored in localStorage for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on the platform.
